At Irish Supplements, we specialise in capsule supplement manufacturing. Our advanced techniques in blending combined with our expertise in formulations enable us to produce custom products and a broad range of White Label vitamins and supplements.

Once encapsulated, your supplements can be supplied in bulk direct to you for your own packing or we can offer a competitive and complete service for bottle filling and labelling. We can ship directly to your distribution centre or customer if required.

Capsules are popular among consumers as they tend to eliminate unpleasant tastes, like bitterness found from other supplements formats. As standard, capsules filled at Irish Supplements do not include excipients. Synthetic fillers are also avoided.

All capsule manufacturing takes place on site and includes a full quality management system. This includes incoming inspection,weight checks, visual inspections, metal detection and laboratory testing.

Typically, a first-time custom formula will take between 8 and 16 weeks from start to finish. The length of time depends on the formula and stock of raw materials for blending. Reorders do not take as much time.

MOQ for capsules is 30,000 or 1,000 bottles of 30 capsules.

On average our capsules can hold about 500mg of material, if your daily dose is 4grams or more we would recommend you look at our stick pack options for larger sized daily doses.
